Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must have an active account in good standing with SfW and meet the $SRY Soft-Locking Requirement as defined in Section 2. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application to the Program at our sole discretion.

2. The $SRY Soft-Locking Requirement ("Soft-Lock")

Participation in the Program and eligibility for Commissions are strictly contingent upon meeting and maintaining a minimum required balance of locked $SRY tokens ("Minimum Lock Amount").

• 2.1. Minimum Lock Amount: The specific Minimum Lock Amount required to activate Level 1 and Level 2 commission tiers will be displayed on the platform. You acknowledge and agree that this Minimum Lock Amount is subject to change at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
• 2.2. Lock-as-you-earn^™: For users who have not yet met the Minimum Lock Amount, any earned Commissions will be automatically converted into $SRY tokens at the prevailing market rate and added to your Soft-Lock balance. This "Lock-as-you-earn^™" mechanism allows you to accrue your initial Soft-Lock requirement passively.
• 2.3. Payout Eligibility: You are not eligible to withdraw any Commissions until your Soft-Lock balance has met the prevailing Minimum Lock Amount for the corresponding commission tier.
• 2.4. Withdrawal of Soft-Lock: You may choose to withdraw your Soft-Locked $SRY at any time. You acknowledge and agree that the act of withdrawing your Soft-Locked $SRY balance will result in the immediate and automatic termination of your participation in the Program. Upon termination, you will forfeit any and all accrued but unpaid Commissions, and your referral links remain activated, but no commission will be paid.
• 2.5. Re-Enrollment: You may re-enroll in the Program at any time by meeting the then-current Minimum Lock Amount requirement. Upon re-enrollment, you will resume earning commissions from your existing referrals starting from the time the new lock requirement has been satisfied.

3. Commission Structure

• 3.1. Commissionable Revenue: Commissions are calculated based on the "Net Commissionable Revenue," defined as the total in-game GOLD spent by a Referred User on commissionable activities (e.g., Casino, Arcade, Marketplace fees), minus any GOLD winnings paid out to that Referred User.
• 3.2. Commission Tiers: The standard commission rates are as follows:
  • Level 1: 15% of the Net Commissionable Revenue generated by your directly referred users.
  • Level 2: 7.5% of the Net Commissionable Revenue generated by users who were referred by your Level 1 referrals.
• 3.3. Discretionary Bonuses: We may, at our sole discretion, offer temporary bonuses or higher commission rates for specific campaigns or high-performing Affiliates. Such offers are voluntary, non-binding, and do not constitute a permanent change to the standard commission rates.

4. Commission Payouts and Negative Balances

• 4.1. Payouts: Once you have met the Minimum Lock Amount, any positive Net Commissions earned thereafter may be withdrawn on a daily basis. All payouts are made in the form of in-game GOLD to your SfW user account.
• 4.2. Negative Commissions: In the event that winnings paid out to a Referred User exceed their spendings within a calculation period, a "Negative Commission" will be generated. You acknowledge and agree that any Negative Commission will automatically reduce your immediately withdrawable Soft-Locked $SRY amount.
• 4.3. Netting Off: Your accrued positive Commissions will automatically be used to offset any Negative Commission balance. You are only eligible to withdraw a positive net commission balance.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Affiliates are independent partners, not employees, agents, or representatives of SfW, and must not present themselves as members of the SfW team, staff, management, or otherwise claim any form of employment or official partnership beyond the affiliate relationship.
• Not engage in spamming, unsolicited emails, or any other unauthorized forms of marketing.
• Avoid making any false, misleading, or unprofessional representations of SfW or its Services, the $SRY token, or the potential earnings from participation in the Program.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding marketing and advertising.
• Refrain from self-referrals or fraudulent activity, including creating duplicate accounts or using your own Affiliate link to earn commissions on your own activity.
• Do not offer or provide incentives, rewards, or compensation (monetary or otherwise) to others in exchange for signing up or participating under your Affiliate link, unless explicitly authorized in writing by SfW.

6. Brand Usage and Public Representation

• Affiliates may use the SfW name, trademarks, and promotional materials only as expressly authorized by SfW.
• Any modification, misuse, or misleading presentation of SfW branding is strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates may not register or use any domain names, social media handles, advertisements, or marketing materials that could reasonably cause confusion with official SfW channels.
• Upon termination of your participation in the Program, you must immediately cease all use of SfW branding and remove any associated promotional materials.

7. Compliance

You acknowledge that activities related to digital assets, gaming, and affiliate marketing may be subject to varying laws and regulations depending on your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in the Program complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to advertising standards, anti-spam laws, anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, and any restrictions on promoting crypto tokens or online gaming.

SfW assumes no liability for your failure to comply with such laws.

8. Fraud and Account Actions

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, manipulation, and abuse of the Program.

• Investigation and Suspension: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to investigate any Affiliate activity we deem suspicious. During such an investigation, we may freeze any accrued Commissions and your associated Soft-Locked $SRY balance.
• Termination and Forfeiture: If we determine, in our sole judgment, that you have breached these Affiliate Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity (including but not limited to self-referrals or coordinated manipulation), we reserve the right to immediately terminate your participation in the Program, permanently forfeit all accrued Commissions, and seize your entire Soft-Locked $SRY balance. All such decisions are final and non-appealable.

9. System Exploits and Abuse

Any attempt to interfere with, manipulate, or exploit the Program's tracking systems, smart contracts, referral structures, or payout logic constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

This includes, without limitation, exploiting bugs, using bots or automation to generate referrals, falsifying transaction data, or coordinating activity between multiple accounts to simulate legitimate referrals.

SfW reserves the right to retroactively reverse or void any Commissions obtained through such activity.

10. Taxes and Reporting

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, fees, or charges arising from your Commissions or participation in the Program.

SfW does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice, and will not issue any tax forms or documentation unless required by law.

11. Confidentiality and Early Access

Affiliates may occasionally receive confidential or unreleased information regarding SfW, including upcoming features, campaigns, or economic models.

You agree not to disclose, share, or publish any such information without prior written approval from SfW.

Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of all pending Commissions.

12. Term and Termination

Your participation in the Program begins upon your acceptance of these Affiliate Terms. The term will end upon either: (i) your voluntary withdrawal of your Soft-Locked $SRY balance, or (ii) our termination of your account for a breach of these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

• "AS IS" BASIS: THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING ANY GUARANTEES OF UPTIME, PROFITABILITY, OR SUCCESS.
• NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS: Any examples of potential earnings provided are for illustrative purposes only. We make no guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of commission.
• RIGHT TO MODIFY: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any and all aspects of the Program, including commission rates, locking requirements, and these Affiliate Terms, at any time and at our sole discretion, without liability. Continued participation in the Program after any update to these Affiliate Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SfW and its team from any claims, damages, and expenses arising from your participation in the Program or your breach of these Affiliate Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Affiliate Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SfW regarding the Affiliate Program and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
